Return & Exchange Policy
Because our chocolates are freshly crafted and delicate, all sales are final and are not eligible for return.
If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping, an incorrect item, or a quality concern—please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you include your order number and, if applicable, photos so we can review the issue promptly.
While we do not offer refunds on chocolate products, exchanges or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always to ensure you are delighted with your experience.
