Inspired by the beauty of nature and the richness of local ingredients, always mixing, creating, and experimenting like an apothecary— to craft something truly special. That foundation followed me coast to coast, from running chocolate businesses in Vancouver and Toronto to bringing that same passion and artistry to every creation today..
