From Coast to Coast, Crafted with Heart
I learned the art of chocolate from my mother and grandmother on Canada’s West Coast, where tradition, patience, and care shaped my earliest understanding of the craft. That foundation carried me coast to coast — from running a chocolate business in Vancouver to teaching workshops in Toronto.
Today, I create luxurious handcrafted chocolates on the shores of Grand Lake, New Brunswick. Proudly Canadian and guided by creativity, skill, and a touch of enchantment, each piece is made with the belief that chocolate should always feel a little bit magical.
